PURPOSE:To enable the circulation of an endless screen at a constant speed, by placing clamping rollers above driving rollers, and contacting the clamping roller to the surface of an endless screen circulating along the driving rollers. CONSTITUTION:Driving rollers 7 driven by the motor M are placed in parallel at the upper part of the drying chamber, and guide rollers 8 are placed in parallel at the lower part of the chamber 5. The endless screen to which laver sheet is attached is circulated in a zigzag pattern along the rollers 7, 8. Clamping rollers 10 is placed above the driving rollers 7, and are made to contact with the surface of the endless screen 2 circulating along the rollers 7. As a result, the endless screen 2 is circulated in the drying chamber 5 at a constant speed without causing the breakage and shrinkage of the laver sheet 11 attached to the screen 2 by the twisting of the screen 2. Furthermore, the damage of the screen 2 is suppressed even after the operation for a long period. There are various other advantages such as simple structure, easiness of production and maintenance, etc. |
