发明名称 POSITIONING METHOD OF POSITIONER FOR ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To position quickly a positioner to a desired position taught already by generating a command signal to move the positioner to the position taught already and giving the signal to a servo system of positioner drive. CONSTITUTION:A CPU21 generates a command signal turning the positioner to the position taught already through arithmetic operation and gives the signal to a control input/output device 22. The servo system comprising a counter 24, a D/A converter 25 and a servo amplifier 26 is activated and the positioner is turned toward the position taught already to be reproduced from the present position. The CPU21 discriminates whether or not the positioner is turned to the position taught already based on the count value of a present value counter 29. When the discrimination is YES, an end lamp 15b provided additionally to a teaching box 15 is lighted so as to inform the operator that the positioner is positioned to the position taught already to be reproduced.
