PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal electric discharge and an electric leakage between electrode terminals, to execute easily a connection to a power source, and to reduce an uneven discharge by constituting the titled device so that a discharge electrode and an induction electrode for forming a pair, placed by putting a dielectric between them are projected from the dielectric part. CONSTITUTION:A discharge electrode 3 and an induction electrode 4 are provided by placing a dielectric 2 between them. A connecting terminal 3a of the discharge electrode 3 and a leading terminal 4a of the induction electrode 4 are provided so as to project from the dielectric 2. The induction electrode 4 is buried in the inside of the dielectric 2 consisting of ceramics, mica, glass, etc. The connecting terminals 3a, 4a extend the electrode, and are uncovered and placed on each opposed surface of the dielectric 2. In this way, an abnormal discharge and an electric leakage between the electrodes are prevented, a connection to the electrode is executed easily, and generation of an uneven discharge is prevented. |
