PURPOSE:To permit to adjust the change of airflow direction by the adjustment in assembling without keeping the size and accuracy of the material strict specially by a method wherein the device is provided with a shape memory spring and a bias spring and the mounting position of the other end of the bias spring is made changetable to permit the adjustment of a torque while the operating temperature of the shape memory alloy is adjusted. CONSTITUTION:The shape memory alloy 11 is suspended between the protuberance of a blow-off port 3 and an airflow direction changing blade 8 and is set so that it is contracted to turn the airflow direction changing blade downward and obtain down blow- off air when warm-air is blown off while it is pulled by the bias spring 12 and turns the blade to obtain horizontal airflow direction when cool air is blown off. The affection of the valiabilities of the size of shape memory alloy 11, airflow direction changing blade 8, a main body and the bias spring 12 or valiabilities in the assembly of them may be adjusted by making the mounting position C of a fitment 13, to which the other end of the bias spring 11 is attached, plural whereby the torque may be adjusted easily and the airflow direction may be changed by the setting of necessary contracting temperature of the shape memory alloy.
