PURPOSE:To prevent a heating element layer from being deteriorated, by a construction wherein a heating element layer is provided on an enamelled substrate, and electrodes opposed to each other through a gap therebetween are provided on the heating element layer. CONSTITUTION:An enamel material layer 3b is provided as an undercoat on a heating part substrate 3a to produce an insulator substrate 3, the heating element layer 8 is provided thereon, and a common earth electrode 9 and signal electrodes 10 are provided thereon. A heating part 2 is formed by opposed part 11 of the electrodes 9, 10. The enamel material layer 3b does not react with the heating element layer 8 during the operation of the recorder, and the resistance to thermal shock due to repeated heating and cooling of the heating part 2 is high. |
