The support locators for the floor each comprise a plate of insulating material, into which are fitted beams at their full height from their underside. The beams are firmly attached to the plate. A horizontal layer remains freely located against the plate top side and provides space for accommodation of channels for conduit introduction into the plate. The layer lies, completely on the top surface of the beams without touching them.
