<p>PURPOSE:To elevate a detected voltage and to eliminate noise mixing and generation by adopting the constitution that the direction of a magnetic flux or a current produced from X and Y direction exciting lines is made opposite to each other at each magnetic substance or >2 adjacent magnetic substances. CONSTITUTION:Detecting lines 83a-83g are arranged around the magnetic substances so that they are in parallel among exciting lines 82b-82i and orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of magnetic substances 81a-81f. The part of the detection lines 83a-83g corresponding respectively to the magnetic substances 81a-81f is made adjacent and then the lines 83a-83g are arranged in opposite direction and fitted near the magnetic substance. One end of the detecting lines 83a-83g is connected respectively to the multiplexer 41 and the other end is connected in common. Through the constitution above, in flowing a drive current to exciting lines 82a-82j, since the magnetic flux produced at each part is made to opposite direction at each magnetic substance, the magnetic flux is cancelled together and the noise generated externally is weakened, and the current is made opposite when the magnetic flux is applied to one direction of the detection lines 83a-83g, the external noise is weakened and the induced voltage with excellent S/N is extracted.</p> |
