PURPOSE:To expose and record the overall picture displayed on a display device on a fixed color recording medium by shifting a color transmission filter and a chrominance aberration correcting plate together with an optical system while the color transmission filter and the chrominance aberration correcting plate are appropriately selected and switched. CONSTITUTION:An electrical signal 15 for controlling and displaying a color still picture is branched and supplied to a mechanism part control circuit 17 and a chrominance changeover switch 18 through a switch controller 16. Said controller 16 performs a switching action at a time decided by a moving speed in the direction of an arrow X of a multilens array 5, and simultaneously acts in order to output color picture signals (r), (g) and (b) coincident with respective color filters Rf, Gf and Bf from the chrominance changeover switch 18. The multilens array 5, the respective color transmission filters Rf, Gf and Bf, the chrominance aberration correcting plates R, G and B are shifted from upward to downward in a whole, and when they reach the lower limit position, they rotate intermittently and a color transmission filter and a chrominance aberration correcting plate are switched.
