PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor which might not be damaged between bonded portions due to thermal deformation by laminating synthetic resin which has linear expansion rate larger than that of a coil strand on the inner wall of an inner cylindrical coil. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer cylindrical coils 11, 12 formed of coil strands 1 of equal length aligned in parallel are engaged, the ends of the strands 2 to be radially superposed are sequentially bonded to form an electrically closed loop in a coil unit. This coil unit is used as a rotor of a coreless motor. Synthetic resin 14 which has a linear expansion rate larger than that of the strand for forming a coil unit is coated on the inner surface of the coil 1, and laminated. When a temperature rises in a casing due to the rotation of a rotor, the expansion amount of the resin 14 laminated on the inner surface of the coil 11 is larger than the expansion amount of the coil unit and the unit is pressed radially outward, thereby suppressing the deformation of the coil unit itself. |
