PURPOSE:To provide ample cooling for the working fluid by installing a boost pump, upstream in respect to a discharge pump and connecting, at the downstream side of the boost pump, the upstream side of the discharge pump to the upstream side of a cooler through a bypass pipe. CONSTITUTION:A boost pump 12 is installed at the upstream side of a variable discharge pump 2 while the upstream side of the variable discharge pump 2 is connected, at the downstream side of the boost pump 12, to the upstream side of a cooler 8 through a bypass pipe 13. By doing so, entire amount of the working fluid discharged from the boost pump 12 can be led through the cooler 8 regardless of the amount discharged from the variable discharge pump 2, enabling ample cooling for the working fluid.
