PURPOSE:To unify a film coating by selecting an optional slant angle while giving the continuous rotation to a bulb and continuously performing the process from injection of application liquid to exhaust thereof when sensitive liquid or the like is applied to the inside face of the bulb. CONSTITUTION:A color cathode-ray tube 20 is mounted on a cradle 27 for being rotated by the rotation of a friction wheel 33 through the spiral bevel gears 32 and 25 while enabling the housing 21 to be tilted through the rotation of a pinion 42 according to an rotary angle of a bevel driving axis 34. And a rack 56 is driven by a driving source 51 while tilting a bulb 20 in the position suitable for injecting the application liquid by changing the rotary angle of the pinion 42 in order to spread the application liquid over the inside face of the bulb 20 from a nozzle 60 while giving the rotation to the bulb 20. Thereafter, the position of the bulb 20 is shifted to 20a and 20b by shifting the rack 56 for exhausting the surplus application liquid. Accordingly, the productivity and the quality can be improved by means of a continuous operation. |
