<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate/decelerate a moving part smoothly by calculating the 1st moving component changed like steps at every smapling time and rotating a motor by the 2nd moving component calculated by accelerating/decelerating the 1st moving component. CONSTITUTION:A numerical control device for controlling acceleration/deceleration is constituted of a processor, a ROM, a RAM, etc. In the acceleration/ deceleration control, the 1st moving distance M changed like steps at every sampling time T is calculated so that a speed at the passage of accelerating/ decelerating tiem become a command speed and the 2nd moving distance (m) is outputted in each time (t) so that the moving speed at the passage of said time T becomes a speed designated by the 1st moving distance M. Said output rotates the motor through a pulse distributor. Thus, the motor is rotated by the step- like output obtained in each time (t) shorter than the sampling time T, so that the acceleration/deceleration of the moving part is smoothed.</p> |
