PURPOSE:To eliminate unnecessary quick closing operation of quick operating electromagnetic valve in said control system to open and close said valve of an intercept valve by adding the detecting signals of the opening of the intercept valve to the operational requirement of the electromagnetic valve. CONSTITUTION:Contact signals are sent to the input from an intercept valve opening detector 13 such that respective contact signals from a deviation detector 10 for detecting deviation between the valve opening command and actual valve opening of an intercept valve and a turbine output detector 14 are compared with each other at AND gate, and commands are given to an intercept valve quick operating electromagnetic valve 13 according to the output signal of the AND. Also, a valve test 18 function is added so that a quick operating electromagnetic valve 15 can be excited even under AND requirement with requirement that the actual opening obtained from said detector 13 is less than 10% and the responsive condition of the valve can be monitored. |
