PURPOSE:To prevent a rubber from deforming due to the difference of the material of the resin and the material of a frame by providing a punch and a die for punching a bride for reinforcing a multiseries frame in a resin injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A lower mold 3 is lifted or an upper mold 9 is moved down. A rubber reinforcing bridge is cut by a punch formed at the upper mold 9 and a die 7 formed at the lower mold 3, and the rubber is simultaneously clamped by the molds 9, 3. The reinforcing bridge is removed out of the molds by a vacuum pump from an exhaust hole formed at the lower portion of the die 7. A cylindrical tablet is supplied from above a pot 11, a plunger is moved down in the melted state heated by the upper and lower molds, and the resin is held in the clamped state injected into the lower and upper cavities 4, 10 for the prescribed time. |
