摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the optical axis accurately and quickly by fixing an invisible light laser oscillator having a shutter and a guide light laser oscillator in a casing, which is stored in a reference frame, vertically in parallel. CONSTITUTION:In an optical axis adjusting mechanism, an invisible light laser oscillator 10 having a shutter 11 and a guide light laser oscillator 12 are fixed in one casing 14, which is stored in a reference frame 13, vertically in parallel. A guide light adjusting device 30 which is provided in the upper end part of the casing and has two mirrors is operated to allow optical axes of an invisible laser light (a) outputted from the oscillator 10 and a guide light (a') outputted from the oscillator 12 to coincide with each other. Then, only the guide light is oscillated to align the optical axis of the laser light. Consequently, it is unnecessary to oscillate the invisible laser light of a large output for a long period, and the optical axis is adjusted accurately and quickly.
