PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a measuring error based on sine wave like noise induced by an AC source such as a commercial power source, by providing an analogue/digital converter and an adaptable type movement average filter. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of an analogue filter 18 is inputted to an analogue/digital converter 19 while a digital signal Xk is inputted to an adaptable type movement average filter 20 which, in turn, performs the predetermined operation of said signal Xk to outputs sample value series Y-no as a digital signal from which the sine wave like noise contained in the signal Xk is removed. Further, a pulse like sampling order signal is continuously outputted from the filter 20 and inputted to the converter 19 to be converted to the digital signal Xk in synchronous relation to the signal of a filter 18. In addition, the signal Y-no is inputted, and sampling and operation are performed to output a digital signal S4 to a pulse modulator 22. |
