PURPOSE:To increase the number of the shape materials to be treated by installing conveyors in a furnace body, providing freely vertically, forward and backward movably feed and discharge conveyors to the outside of the inlet and outlet of the furnace body and disposing the feed and discharge conveyors as well as the conveyors in the furnace body in such a way that the conveyors overlap zigzag on each other. CONSTITUTION:A furnace body 1 constitutes a rectangular body and is provided with an inlet 3 having a door 2 at one end thereof and an outlet 5 having a door 4 at the other end. Plural split-type conveyors 6, 7 are installed in parallel above and below from the inlet side toward the outlet side in the furnace body 1. Many Al shape materials spaced from each other are placed on the feed conveyor 17 on the inlet 3 side so as to intersect orthogonally with the conveying direction and are thereby fed so that the respective shape materials are transferred onto the conveyors 6, 7 in the body 1. The shape materials are heat-treated by the hot wind from fans 8 disposed in plurality, etc. at equal intervals in the body 1 while said materials are conveyed to the outlet 5 side by the conveyors 6, 7. The respective shape materials after the heat treatment are discharged by a discharge conveyor 18 provided on the outlet 5 side.
