PURPOSE:To lengthen the service life by providing a magnet while facing with the rear wall face of slide wall member for opening/closing a compression capacity control bypass hole through control pressure. CONSTITUTION:Compression capacity control mechanism is provided while penetrating a portion of lower bearing endboard 4 and comprised of a containing chamber opening to the cylinder section 5 and a slide wall member 16 contained in said containing chamber to constitute a portion of cylinder section and slidable approximately radially from the cylinder section 5. A magnet 39 is provided on the back of slide wall member in the containing chamber 15 to prevent chattering of slide wall member even upon variation of control pressure resulting in lengthening of service life of said member.
