PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of assemblage and reduce the number of parts by combining respective fixed and movable scrolls, inserting integrally a locating pin between the respective scrolls and then turning the movable scroll to cut off the locating pin. CONSTITUTION:When said fluid machine is assembled, first, pin inserting holes 101, 102 are provided respectively in the correspoding positions of respective end plates 1b, 2b of a movable scroll 1 and a fixed scroll 2. After both scrolls 1, 2 are combined under the normal engaging condition, a locating pin 100 is inserted into the respective pin inserting holes 101, 102 to integrate both scrolls 1, 2. Next, a drive pin portion 104 of the movable scroll 1 is inserted into a crank portion 7a of a crank shaft 7 through a bearing 6b, while a bolt 19 is inserted into a fixed hole 15 in the end plate 2b to fasten the fixed scroll 2 to a frame 5. Then, the crankshaft 7 is rotated to cut off the locating pin 100.
