PURPOSE:To prepare a capsule having the function of an anion exchange resin, by a method wherein polychloromethylstyrene is reacted with diamine in an org. solvent and, subsequently, an aqueous solution of a core substance is added to and emulsified in the reaction mixture while a quaternizing agent is added to and emulsified in the resulting emulsion. CONSTITUTION:Polychloromethylstyrene is reacted with diamine in an org. solvent to crosslink a part of the chloromethyl group thereof and an aqueous solution of a core substance (e.g., urease) is added to and emulsified in the resulting reaction mixture while a quaternary ammonation agent (e.g., amine) is added to the formed emulsion, to be emulsified therein and the org. solvent is further removed. By this method, a microcapsule having the function of an anion exchange resin can be prepared. This microcapsule is adapted to the treating agent of the dialytic solution obtained in an artificial kidney because urease is adapted as the core substance. |
