CONSTITUTION:This structural steel material consists of, by weight, <=0.3% C, <=1.0% Si, 0.50-1.50% Mn, 0.003-0.015% P, <=0.005% S, La satisfying La/P= 3-7 and the balance Fe. The steel material inhibits intercrystalline cracking type stress corrosion cracking, so when it is used as a structural material for an equipment in which coal gas liquor is inevitably produced such as a coke gas purifying line, the stress corrosion cracking of the equipment can be prevented.
