PURPOSE:In a cooling and hot water service system using the exhaoust heat of the cooling device as a heat source, to provide a mechanism by which a hot water tank is continuously filled with a predetermined amount of hot water irrespective of presence or absence of cooling load. CONSTITUTION:A cooling and hot water service system comprises an endothermic unit 4 including an air-cooled heat exchanger; a radiation unit 1 including a water- cooled heat exchanger 2 and a compressor 3; and a hot water tank 9 for reserving the circulation water for the heat exchanger 2. The tank 9 is fitted with hot water temperature thermo switches 23A-23C which turn on when the water level in the tank 9 lowers below a set point and turn off when the level rises above the set point. The switches are connected in series with indication lamps 24A-24C. A transfer switch 24 consists of a hot water priority contact a and a cooling priority contact b, with the contact a connected in series with the relay contact 22 of a relay Rc. |
