REGULATING METHOD OF ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To enhance the yield without deteriorating the entire circuit by trimming the approximate resistor having the value close to a necessary resistance value to become the prescribed value, and mounting the resistor on the regulating portion of an electronic circuit. CONSTITUTION:An electronic circuit 5 is measured by a circuit characteristic measuring device 1, and the selected approximate resistor 2 is trimmed by a laser beam 10 of a trimming unit 3 while measuring the resistance value by an electrode 6 until becoming the resistance value of the regulating portion. The trimmed resistor 3 is mounted on the regulating portion on the electronic circuit 5 by any mounting means.
