PURPOSE:To know precisely the generating order of interruptions by forming a data collecting device on the outside of a computer to monitor the state of an input signal line directly and detect and record the generation of an interruption. CONSTITUTION:Interruption signals generated from peripheral devices 21, 22 are connected to output terminals 32 in the computer in parallel and inputted to an input port 42 through a signal line 37. The data on the signal line 37 and output data from a timer device 43 are combined and temporally stored in a buffer memory in an input port 42. State is collected by an interruption response routine and applied from an output terminal 31 to an input port 41 through a signal line 36 and the data are temporally stored in the buffer memory. A memory writing control device 44 monitors the contents of buffer memories in the input ports 41, 42 and sends the monitored result to a memory device 35 through a signal line 39. |
