PURPOSE:To well tighten a metallic part to a ceramic part, by tightening a part, where a metallic impeller is tightened to a ceramic shaft, using a surface tilting with respect to the axial center. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic shaft 1 provides in its point end part a tilt portion 2, and the shaft 1, after it fits to said portion 2 a split ring 3 having a threaded part, is tightened by a nut 4. An impeller 5 provides in its root part a buffer material 6 for relaxing thermal expansion and a shock. While the ceramic shaft 1 provides in its angular part the roundness for preventing the concentration of stress. Consequently, the metallic impeller can be properly tightened to the ceramic shaft.
