PURPOSE:To increase the heat exchanging performance by arranging cylindrical collars of a fin in a staggered form, and by making the overall height of stacked fins greater than the width. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical collars 5a are raised in a staggered form on a planar fin 5, and three louvers 5b are raised in areas which are surrounded by cylindrical collars. Hair pin pipes 6 are installed to penetrate the cylindrical collars 5a of the fin 5. The overall height L1 of the fins 5 is made greater than the width L2. As the airflow C which exchanges heat with the cylindrical collars 5a after having exchanged heat with the louvers 5b and the airflow D which exchanges heat with the cylindrical collars 5a after having exchanged heat with the louvers 5b become nearly equal in the drafting resistance, a uniform airflow distribution can be obtained. Thus, the heat transfer efficiency can substantially be increased.
