PURPOSE:To enhance the positional accuracy of a Hall element by mounting the element on a stator through a formed insulator. CONSTITUTION:Hall elements 11 detect the rotating position of a rotor, and two elements are disposed at an interval of pi/2 around the rotor. Two insulators 15 of the same shape are provided, and engaged fixedly at both end sides with an iron portion made of the yoke 16 and the poles 17 of the stator 9. Two Hall elements 11 are inserted into two of Hall element inserting holes 22-25 at the insulator 15 provided at one end side of the stator 9, and secured to the insulator 15 via an adesive. Accordingly, the elements 11 are secured through the insulator 15 to the stator 9, thereby enhancing the positional accuracy. |
