PURPOSE:To prevent smearings from adhering to an infrared ray sensor by constituting a shutter for shielding the infrared ray sensor from a heating chamber by use of a transparent heat-resisting glass with an electric heater, and opening the shutter by a sensor signal which has detected that the foods are in the final finishing state. CONSTITUTION:The infrared ray sensor is shielded from the heating chamber by the shutter 8 made up of a transparent heat-resisting glass with the electric heater 10. Accordingly, during the heating, the infrared ray sensor detects the approximate temperature of the foods through the shutter 8 without directly touching oil and the like within the heating chamber nor being smeared. When the infrared ray sensor detects that the foods being cooked are approaching the final finishing state, the shutter 8 is opened by the detection signal, and the temperature of the foods is accurately obtained directly by the sensor. By this construction, the smearings of the infrared ray sensor are prevented, and the temperature of the foods can be directly detected by the infrared ray sensor. |
