PURPOSE:To prevent such a danger as a punched object jumps out by a shock of a punch and a product hits and jumps, by providing a projection on the inside of a die so that the punched object does not jump out, in a trimming die using a punch, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a trimming die 10 using a punch, etc., an improved die is formed by providing a projection 2 of a minute shape of, for instance, about 5- 20 micron, on the inside surfasce of the die 10 before the punch which goes in and out. As for this projection 2, that which has hardness of the same degree as a base material of, for instance, a WC compound, etc. is used. A project is formed by a punching hole 1, hit against the projection once and supported, and passes through an inside cavity 9, being rubbed, and collected and accumulated in a drop direction A. |
