PURPOSE:To make the titled device rapidly cope with the kinds of pipes and the change of a bending shape by attaching freely detachably a punching die to an elevating bed capable of moving in the longitudinal direction of a pipe. CONSTITUTION:The pressing groove 38 of a pad 3 is fitted to a pipe P to strongly press the pipe P against a bending die 1 by lowering an elevating bed 15. At that time, the pressing groove 47 of a bending punch 4 lowered simultaneously is fitted to a part projecting from the warping part 14 of pipe P. When the bed 15 is successively lowered, the pipe P is pressed against the warping part 14 of die 1 and is bent. When a screwed rod 23 is rotated in accordance with the change of a bending shape or a bending angle, etc. the punch 4 is moved to the desired position, and the die 1 is further moved on a base bed 5 through an oblong hole. In this way, the device can cope with the change of bending shape and the kinds of pipes, and the required number of dies and punches are reduced. |
