PURPOSE:To enable dredging without requiring carrier for redriving a swing anchor by providing swing anchor function to the guide line and slide ring. CONSTITUTION:Swing anchor function is provided to a slide ring 5 engaged with a guide line 3 to roll the hull by winding the swing line 6 connected to the slide ring 5. Since the slide ring 5 is pulled by the swing line 6 as the vessel advances and slides along the guide line 3, it will function as a swing anchor at enytime.
