FLUIDIZED BED TYPE INCINERATOR FOR SEWAGE OR EXCRETION DIRT

PURPOSE:To eliminate a large-sized heat exchanger having a complex structure by a method wherein flowing medium removed from within an incinerator and items to be burnt are mixed with each other and the burned items are dried. CONSTITUTION:Flowing medium in a fluidized bed type incinerator 1 is maintained at about 700 deg.C during operation of the incinerator, raw excretion dirt is passed through a dewatering device or the like and so the uncombustibles having large grain size are not contained in it. The flowing medium is retracted from a discharging port 9 at the bottom part of the incinerator by a proper amount with a fluidized bed medium extracting means 4, thereafter it is mixed with items to be burnt having sewage of a rate of moisture of 70-80% under operation of mixing and drying means 5, thereby the material is dried. The dried burned items is transmitted to a supply means 6 through a transporting passage 21 under its mixed condition with the fluidized bed material and then supplied into the incinerator through this supplying means 6. With this operation, a large sized heat exchanger having a complex structure can be eliminated and it is made possible to make an efficient recovery of sensible heat of the flowing medium and improve a thermal efficiency.
