PURPOSE:To attain smooth document communication conference by attaining window expansion, shrinking and moving of display pattern and plural document simultaneous display in addition to one page's share of document display. CONSTITUTION:An original for one page's share is written from a magnetic disc 1 respectively and read on a display device 8 from display memories A, B. When parallel display command of plural documents is conducted from a keyboard 2, a simultaneous display command signal of display memories A4 and B5 is transmitted from a control section 3 to a switch control section 6. In this case, when one page original consists of, e.g., 2,000 lines, 1,000 lines' share each is read from each memory in parallel display and displayed. Moreover, the scroll, window expansion and shrinkage of the pattern are realized by the depression of the specific key on the keyboard 2.
