PURPOSE:To enable locking and releasing of a seat belt by a simple construction by arranging a slider which connects a webbing for restraining passengers to a guide rail a driving member which drives said slider and an anchor lock member which locks the slider. CONSTITUTION:When a passenger 29 is seated on a seat 28, a motor 27 rotates a sprocket and a driving tape 19 is moved in the longitudinal direction, and a slider 9 moves from the position of a two-dotted line to the position of a real line, namely from the forward end side 14A of a guide rail 14 to the backward end side 14B. At this position, the slider 9 is fixed to an anchor pin. When a car falls into a collision state next time, the inertia lock sensor of a rolling device 4 abruptly stops rolling out of a webbing 1, so the passenger can obtain secure restrained condition by the webbing 1. |
