PURPOSE:To obtain large acoustic energy with a low voltage by laminating a piezoelectric material film and an electrode film alternately into a laminate plate body, making respective piezoelectric material films opposite in polarization direction, and connecting alternate electrode films together and coupling them a single-phase AC power source. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric material film 1 and electrode film 2 are laminated so that each material film 1 is sandwiched between electrode films 2 such as an aluminum vapor-deposited film. Then, the material films are made laternately opposite in polarization direction. Alternate electrode films 2, on the other hand, are connected together to constitute a couple of electrodes, which are connected to the single-phase AC power source for supplying acoustic energy. Thus, the vibrator is driven with the low-voltage power source to generate large acoustic energy. Further, the structure is simplified and the piezoelectric vibrator which has long life and high safety is obtained. |
