PURPOSE:To simplify an igniting operation and improve a safety by a method wherein a main body is slidably moved in respect to a casing encasing the main body to perform an igniting operation. CONSTITUTION:In case of performing an igniting operation, a case 6 is held by hands, a finger latch part 7 in pushed upward (in a direction of arrow B) with a thumb, a main body 1 is moved upward in respect to the case 6, and therefore a hook part 6a of the case 6 is engaged with a lever 4 to push it and thereby a valve of the fuel nozzle 3 is released and at the same time an operating element 5b of an ignition piezoelectric unit 5 is pushed to move by the projection 6b of the case 6, while the valve of the fuel nozzle 3 is released and thereafter the igniting piezoelectric unit 5 is operated. Then, the fuel discharged through the fuel nozzle 3 is ignited by a spark generated at the extremity end 5a of the ignition piezoelectric unit 5. Thus, it is made possible to assure a safe igniting operation. |
