PURPOSE:To insert a coil from a winding window automatically and efficiently and to wind it by inserting the free end side of the coil to the winding window to pull out the coil to the opposite face side of a core and applying this method to a very small-sized magnetic head used as a video head or the like especially. CONSTITUTION:In case that a coil 4 is wound with a required number of turns around either or right and left sides of a core 2 which interposes a winding window 3 between themselves, the last turn part is brought to the rear end side of the core 2 in the winding window 3, and a vacuum suction pipe 9 placed in the left on the lower face side of the core 2 is operated in this state to suck and hold a free end 4b of the coil 4, and the vacuum suction pipe 9 is turned at about 180 deg. clockwise in the figure so that the coil 4 traverses obliquely the center part of the winding window 3. This balance winding improves the capacity and the mechanical strength of a magnetic head 1 considerably. |
