PURPOSE:To allow respective parts to vary in delay time and power consumption with operation temperature reversely, and reducing variations in delay time and power consumption on the whole by making a resistance element used for a current switch part opposite in the sign of temperature coefficient to a resistance element used for an output part. CONSTITUTION:The current switch part of an ECL circuit is provided with a transistor (TR) Q1 which inputs an input part at its base and a TRQ2 which inputs te reference voltage of a reference voltage circuit 3 at its base. The collector of a TR3 connected to a voltage source 4 for constant current control is connected to the common-connected emitters of the TRs Q1 and Q2, the emitter of the TR3 is connected to VGND through a resistance element R3', and collectors of the TRs Q1 and Q2 are connected to VCC through resistance elements R1 and R2. The series circuit of a TRQ4 and a resistance element R4' constituting the output part are connected between VCC and VGND, and the base of the TRQ4 is connected to the collector of the TRQ1. Then, temperature coefficients of the resistance elements R3' and R4' are made opposite in sign to stabilize the operation of the circuit.
