PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of water drops by showers to a material to be soldered just after soldering by providing a gushing water tank just before washing unit nearest a soldering unit and projecting a nozzle brush from the circumferential edge of the aperture in the upper part of said gushing water tank. CONSTITUTION:A gushing water tank 31 is provided in an outside tank 22 just before a washing unit 7 nearest a soldering unit 6 and a flexible gushing nozzle brush 32 is projected from the circumferential edge of the aperture in the upper part of the tank 31 up to the level higher than the conveying level. Water is supplied into such water tank 31 so as to gush from the tip of the brush 32. The gushing water is maintained upper than the conveying level. The water released from the showers 21 of the unit 7 is therefore reflected and scattered by the preceding holder, etc. of a conveyor 1 and arrive in the form of numerous micro- water-droplets at the lower side of the holder but are absorbed by the gushing water surface 33 on the brush 32 without arriving at the material to be soldered prior to washing. Thorough washing away of fluxes in washing units 7-10 is thus made possible. |
