PURPOSE:To obtain stable frequency characteristics by constructing an electric I/O terminal solidly with a bimorph vibrator and a resonance plate, to simplify an assembly constitution and to improve the resonator's acoustic conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A metallic diaphragm 12 solidly forms two terminals 13a and 13b and constitutes a bimorph vibrator by sticking together with a piezo-electric ceramic vibrator 1. A resonance plate 14 is constituted of a terminal 15 and a supporting body 16 by forming, with a diameter smaller than an external diameter of a bimorph vibrator, two protrusions 14a and 14b which are in contact with the vicinity of a nodular circle of the bimorph vibrator. The plate 14 is provided with a buffer material 18 at one end opening collar part 17a of a case 17, holds the material 18 in between around the supporting body 16 of the plate 14 and locates it at a position of the collar part 17a, thus fixing supportingly periphery of the supporting body 16 through an inner case 19. |
