PURPOSE:To generate a revolving magnetic field without using a mechanical driving section, and to realize the miniaturization of a device by mounting a revolving magnetic field generating section by electrical control. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic field set so as to proceed toward a magnetic pole 4A' from a magnetic pole 4A is formed so as to be turned to the right by operating the quantity of currents forwarded from a controller. Consequently, when currents forwarded to a coil for an electromagnet (b) are maximized and currents forwarded to a coil for an electromagnet (a) reach to zero, the magnetic field is rotated at 90 deg.. The controller slowly reduces currents forwarded to the electromagnet (b) while forwarding currents forwarded to the electromagnet (a) in the direction opposite to the direction that currents are forwarded first, and increases the quantity of the currents, and the magnetic field is further turned to the right at 90 deg. when the magnetic field toward the magnetic pole 4A from the magnetic pole 4A' is increased. When the control of the forwarding of currents is operated similarly, the magnetic field is turned finally at 360 deg., that is, a revolving magnetic field the same as a magnetic field formed by making a turn to one electromagnet is shaped.
