PURPOSE:To conviniently and quickly incinerate garbage using a compact and easily controllable incinerator, by arranging two incinerators one of which provides a perfect combustion, while other incinerator is performing a dry distillation. CONSTITUTION:In a dry distillation process, garbage is charged into one incinerator (incinerator 1) while a small flow of combustion air which has been oxygen- enriched through an oxygen-enriching device 6 is supplied from an air supplying pipe 2a to an incinerator 1a via a distribution device 3, so that the garbage undergoes a dry distillation under a low temperature condition. In a first dry distillation and perfect combustion process, the garbage is charged into other incinerator (incinerator 1b) and the distribution device 3 is switched to supply the combustion air in a small flow to the incinerator 1b and in a large flow to the incinerator 1a respectively. In a second dry distillation and perfect combustion process, the distribution device 3 is switched to charge a fresh garbage to the incinerator 1a which has completed its perfect burning, whereas a dry distillation residue is burnt perfectly inside the incinerator 1b. |
