<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of mechanical strength in the direction of the axis of multikind cylindrical windings and the prevention of the shift of a coil in the direction of the axis of a cylinder by glueing between a coil wire and an insulator and between the insulators with a double side adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A coil wire 9 is wound around a bobbin 8 required number of turns and over the wire, an insulation sheet 10a is wound. After the n-th insulation sheet 10a is wound, a double side adhesive electrically insulating tape 11a is glued at several positions along the direction of the axis of multicylinder type windings preventing generation of residual void. The length of the tape 11a is made longer than the width (l) of the winding of the coil wire 9 and equal to the width L of the insulation sheet 10a or slightly shorter than L. Over the sheet, the coil wire 9 is wound and another double side adhesive tape 11b similar to the tape 11a is glued at a different position around the circle of a coil without overlapping with the tape 11a. Later when the (n+1)-th insulation sheet 10 is wound, another double side adhesive tape 11c is glued with the end 9a of the coil wire 9 on the insulation sheet 10 at a definite angle theta and the sheet and the wire and the tape are simultaneously wound.</p> |
