<p>PURPOSE:To form an oscillating circuit operated at a low voltage source by combining a differential amplifier circuit comprising a PNP transistor (TR) and a differential amplifier circuit an NPNTR. CONSTITUTION:The differential amplifier circuit II is operated by the operation of the TRQ5 of the differential amplifier circuit I , a capacitor C2 is charged and a charge current flows to a capacitor C1 in the discharge state via a TRQ10. When the charge voltage of the capacitor C1 reaches a potential of a reference voltage source V2, the differential amplifier circuit II is cut off, then the charging is stopped and the discharge is started at the same time. When the voltage between the capacitor C1 reaches a potential or below of a reference voltage source V1, the capacitor C1 starts charging again and the oscillation is continued. Thus, the oscillation circuit operated at a low voltage source is formed in this way.</p> |
