PURPOSE:To attain excellent transmission outputs by making an output pulse voltage constant to make the phase of the transmission output stable and also make the setting of an output voltage easy. CONSTITUTION:Three-phase AC power supply voltages Va-Vc are applied to an input voltage adjusting circuit 15 in a high voltage power supply circuit 12 and a reference voltage Vref1 is applied gradually, then an output voltage of the input voltage adjusting circuit 15 is increased also and a high voltage DC voltage HV.DC is obtained. This voltage is divided by a high voltage division circuit 20, fed to the circuit 15 as a detected voltage, then the voltage is compared with the reference voltage Vref1, the phase angle of the AC voltages Va-Vc passing through SCR modules 15a-15c is controlled and the circuit makes the input voltage to the voltage division circuit 20 constant. Since the voltage division circuit 20 is placed at the pre-stage of a smoothing circuit 19, the fluctuation of the high voltage DC voltage HV.DC outputted from the smoothing circuit 19 is suppressed with very excellent response. Furthermore, the voltage dividing ratio is changed and the output voltage setting is varied easily. |
