PURPOSE:To construct an ocean airport easily with low cost by mooring a plurality of large tankers in series then arranging wave suppressing members around them while fixing a flight deck on the upper deck of each tanker through buffer member. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of large tankers 3 are moored in series in predetermined region of sea. Then wave suppressing bank 6 is arranged around them to support a flight deck 5 continuous over the upper decks of a plurality of large tankers 3 through a buffer member 4. When providing wave suppressing bank 6 and buffer member 4, flight deck 5 can be protected from being applied with external force. While when utilizing existing large tankers, seadrome can be constructed easily with low cost.
