PURPOSE:To transmit data efficiently and to reduce power consumption by providing an electric transmission processor with a receiver which receives a marker signal transmitted a radio buoy in response, and transmitting stored data from a transmitter when the marker signal is received. CONSTITUTION:A base station 1 when requiring measurement data sends a call signal W1 from the transmitter 6. The transmitter receiver 11 of the radio buoy 3 responds to the signal automatically and transmits a marker signal W2. When this signal W2 is received by the receiver 23 of the electric transmission processor 8 of a nearby remote measuring buoy 2, a command is outputted from the receiver 23 to a transmitter 22. Consequently, a CPU15, register 20, modulator 21, and transmitter 22 operate and the signal W3 of the measurement data recorded in RAM18 is transmitted. This signal W3 is inputted to the receiver 4 of the base station 1 and analyzed, displayed, and recorded at a recording part 5.
