PURPOSE:To obtain the titled element having current leads of high withstand voltage value and high cooling efficiency by a method wherein the outer periphery of a current lead is provided with an insulation tube having a flange part and a cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:The insulation tube 13 of an integral construction of the flange part 13a held by a port flange 5 and the cylindrical part 13b surrounding the current lead 2. The cylindrical part 13b keeps electric insulation by loading to the outer periphery of the lead 2 in a cryogenic container 4, and the flange part 13a hermetically seals inside and outside the container 4 with a gasket 10 in the normal temperature region. Further, this part combines the cylindrical part 13b of the insulation tube 13 and extends it to the position of a lead 3. This manner enables the improvement in withstand voltage insulation and cooling effect of the leads. |
