PURPOSE:To certainly feed various kinds of papers, by providing a means for transmitting power to a platen roll and a pin wheel in synchronous manner and a means for changing over both means. CONSTITUTION:When fan-fold paper is fed, a change-over lever 15 is fallen to the side of a pin wheel 20. The rotation of a pin wheel pulley 22 is transmitted to a platen roll pulley 3 through a timing belt 23 but, because a clutch spring release part 15b is engaged with the arm 4a of a clutch spring 4, the clutch spring 4 is unwound and a clutch is released. Paper feed force is transmitted to a transmission collar 7 from the platen roll pulley 3 through a friction member 6 to rotate a platen roll 1 in non-synchronous relation to the rotation of the pin wheel 20. When cut paper or roll paper is fed, the change-over lever 15 is fallen to the direction reverse to the pin wheel 20. By this method, paper feed force by the pin wheel 20 is certainly transmitted to the platen roll 1 through the clutch spring 4. |
