PURPOSE:To prepare an easy-to-handle solid fuel in a large quantity at a low cost, by mixing a specified chemical into coke in powder and forming the mixt. into desired shape. CONSTITUTION:About 20-60ml of a dilute soln. obtained by diluting a mixed stock soln. consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose and surfactant by 2-4 times is added in a metering device to 1kg of oil coke having a particle diameter of 10mm. or smaller which is fed from a storage pit. After kneading, the mixt. is formed, by pressing, into desired shape and is dried at about 60-140 deg.C to produce solid fuel. |
